Hello, I'm Chris Montano, the proud owner of the Game Changer Grill. For the past two decades, I've been a part of the vibrant and ever-evolving world of food trucks. In fact, I've been in this business long before the food truck trend took off, and I've witnessed its incredible transformation over the years.

My journey in the food industry began with the Little Mike's food truck, where I developed my passion for crafting delicious, innovative dishes that people love. Over time, my dedication and hard work allowed me to expand beyond the wheels of the food truck and venture into the realm of brick-and-mortar establishments. This led to the creation of Big Mike's, which quickly gained a reputation for serving exceptional food and fostering a sense of community.

Life often has a way of surprising us, and it did so for me when my health took an unexpected turn. This challenge forced me to reevaluate my priorities and, with a heavy heart, pass the reins of Big Mike's on to my son. Though my focus shifted toward my well-being, my passion for creating remarkable food experiences remained unwavering.

Eager to continue my culinary journey and to contribute something truly unique to the world of gastronomy, I embarked on a new adventure. This led to the creation of the Game Changer Grill, where our motto is clear: "Changing The Food Game, One Item At A Time."
